Delete your EdgeTick account
This page explains how to delete the account you created in the EdgeTick app (Android and iPhone) by signing in with Google or Apple.
Option 1: in the app (instant)
- Open EdgeTick and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account and confirm.
Your account and its data are deleted right away.
Option 2: by email
Email info@edgetick.com from the address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my EdgeTick app account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.
What is deleted
- Your email address and name
- Your alert settings and alert history
- Your devices' push notification tokens
- Your in-app subscription status record
Deleted data is not kept.
What is not affected
- A subscription bought in the app is billed by Google Play or the App Store. Cancel it in your store account: Google Play or App Store.
- An edgetick.com website membership is separate from the app account. Manage it at edgetick.com/account.
